The rehabilitation center was a wonderful experience as my boyfriend was a patient, Staff was so nice, respectful and the care and support was excellent.
If you're a concerned family member for a relative with an addiction , DO NOT BRING THEM TO THIS HOSPITAL... they make sure they stay as addicts, so they can continuously make money off your relative . No true effective help . The PA called and lied that my sibling took an extensive drug test and passed . He took a urine test and I found a urine flush for drug test . Are you kidding me . They do not allow family interventions with the counselor to help them make a better decision into going to rehab ... they're treating severe addicts as responsible adults, it's a joke ... don't waste your time here .
It's been since may that my mother passed but I could not be more grateful for St Charles. I have never seen this level of care and dedication in my life. Your staff truly did an amazing job to try to save her and my family can't thank you enough. Your awesome and amazing...God Bless you all!
This has to be one of the best hospitals for maternity on Long Island. The staff is always friendly, up beat and ready to help, the rooms are really nice, and the couples dinner on the last night is a nice touch. We've had 4 children delivered successfully here. My latest child has some issues and has been in the NICU unit. I can tell you first hand the the staff in there are on their A game. Thank you so much!!!
Care at St Charles has always been exceptional for our family. The doctors are very concerned about you health both physically and emotionally. There is a certain level of trust that they surely rise to. I would recommend St Charles Hospital to any of my family and friends.
