Food is good but nothing stands out, service was slow...seems like understaffed, but to be fair there was a bridal shower going on in another part of the restaurant. The ambience is nice and relaxing.
I personally only come here for my lobster ravioli! The calamari is also very good but should be more cooked. It's usually empty when I come for dinner, hopefully it isn't going out of business. They do need a better desert menu offering, and some faster service. Maybe some good music would make this restaurant a better place.
Had dinner there Friday night. Waited so long for drinks I went to the bar and bought some. Waitress apologized and said the first round would be "on the house", it was still on the bill. They brought us other peoples food FOUR TIMES, it actually became a joke. As we waited almost one hour between the appetizer and the main course, the waitress came over and asked if we would like desert (we hadn't even been served our main course yet). Quite frankly, we will never waste a Friday evening at this place again.
This is a reasonably popular place amongst every restaurant/bar in Port Jefferson. The drinks are reasonable priced, and the food is delicious. Usually, on Friday and Saturday nights, there is dance music and colored lights, but it's a really relaxed environment.
Came there this afternoon for my mother's birthday and had a great lunch. Our server was Peyton and she was a doll. She was working hard in the crazy heat and never lost her smile or sweet demeanor. We all enjoyed our food and the atmosphere of the rooftop dining. Definitely will be back again.
