I'm pretty sure my 3 year old would have stayed here all day happily. Everything was interactive and made perfectly for little hands. We love an hour away and I'm still planning our next trip back here.
And they'really smart museum. The money I used to get in went towards my membership ($60). So I paid $10 for the day, and another $50 to join before I left. They allow you to do that if you join same day.
Fun, but much smaller than the website led me to believe (basically one big room). And the focus on "nano" (which they didn't seem to realize isn't actually a word) was very strange and incongruous with the rest of the place.
Was ok some cool toys but 10 kids and it would be crowded.
Though it's small, it's extremely interactive. My daughter and I went there for the first time and we stayed for 3 1/2 hours. Playing with everything and making friends along the way. I loved the place so much that I joined.
I would of given the place 5 stars. But parking is the only drawback. The museum isn't far from the Port Jeff ferry and all the shops. So you'll find yourself driving around until.a space opens.
Small place but has lots of activities for 5-12 year olds. Worth stopping in while in town
